How to roll from back to front, by Pumpkin. Step one: limber up those mouth muscles.

Step two: roll onto your side and kick your legs up in the air.

Step three: roll back to the starting position to try again.

Step four: roll to your side again, but try for more momentum this time.

Step five: swing that free leg around until it hits the ground. Body follows

Step six: get that arm out from underneath your body.

Step seven: tilt to one side.

Step eight: roll from front to back, just for an encore.
